Yes! Replacement components for our interior lighting bundles can be purchased on our store at the link below. If you don't see the component you need, please send us a message at support@opticlighting.co with a brief description of your request.

If you receive an item which you believe is defective, please contact our support staff with a description of the issue you are experiencing along with a few photos/videos of the issue in effect, and we'll open a defective unit claim to resolve the issue. Defective items are covered under our complementary 1-year warranty and are eligible for free replacements.

All of our products include a complementary 1-year warranty, which covers product defects and free replacements for the duration of the warranty from the original purchase date of the product. Installation Center

To download the application for your specific lighting kit, scan the QR code located on the front or backside of your kit's main controller unit with your device's camera. 

Each of our kits ship with a QR code attached to the main module which when scanned, will take you to the correct download link based on your device's operating system.

If your kit has been partially or fully installed and your view of the QR code is obstructed, kindly message our support staff with your order number to receive the correct application download links for your lighting kit:

Yes, we frequently refer customers to local body shops for professional installations. If you are interested in a professional installation, please email us at support@opticlighting.co with your zip code, and we’ll look for a few potential installers in the area.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours, and transit times range between 2-4 business days across our products. Should any major shipping delays occur, updates will be posted on this page.

All orders shipped domestically, from Chicago, IL.

A shipment confirmation will be automatically forwarded to you via email, or SMS text once your order has shipped, containing tracking information for the items within your shipment. If you did not receive a shipment confirmation or would like to have tracking information resent, please send us a message at support@opticlighting.co.

Orders can be updated/cancelled if your request has been received processed before the order has shipped. Once an order has been dropped off to a shipping carrier, the order can no longer be modified. To submit a cancellation or modification request for an order, please email support@opticlighting.co as soon as possible following a placed order. Thank you! 

Unopened lighting kits are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase, Lighting kits which have been removed from their original packaging, partially installed, or hardwired to your vehicle are not eligible for returns. Lighting kits which have been returned in used condition will be mailed back to you at no additional cost.

To submit a return request, please email support@opticlighting.co with your order number to begin the return process.

If you believe you have received a defective lighting kit or component, please email support@opticlighting.co with a description of the issue, along with photos/videos of the issue in effect to help us resolve your request. All defective kits and components are covered under our 1-year product warranty.
