Should any product received be defective within one year of the purchase date, you are eligible for a complementary replacement free of charge under our 1-Year Limited Coverage Warranty, subject to terms listed below.
This warranty Covers:
- Any defective items claimed within a 1-Year timeframe from the date on which the original item was purchased
This warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused as a result of an improper installation performed by a customer, professional, or recommended auto shop
- Any damaged or defective units claimed outside of a 1-Year timeframe from the date on which the item was purchased
To file a warranty claim and apply for a free replacement, please contact us at support@opticlighting.co with a description of the specific defect, along with as much photo/video evidence of the issue in effect to assist us in evaluating your claim and completing the troubleshooting process. Should the issue be addressable without need for a replacement, this will also be noted in a follow up message.
In some cases, return of the original item may be required for a replacement to be issued. In such cases, a shipping label will be forwarded to your preferred contact method, to be attached on a parcel containing the originally purchased item(s) with all original components included.
Should any replacement items be out of stock or currently unavailable, approved replacement items will be shipped out as soon as stock is replenished. You will be notified once replacement items ship via email, or if any unexpected shipping delays occur. For any questions, concerns, or update requests, please contact support@opticlighting.co.
