Shipping Policy:
Free priority shipping is provided on all US domestic orders! Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours, after shipment, transit times range between 2-4 business days.
Should any major shipping delays occur, they will be posted in our Help Center under "How long does shipping take?". Following this processing time, orders may require an additional 24 hours for shipping information to be delivered. If an item contained within your order is awaiting a restock, the processing time for your order may be extended. Additional shipping information and answers to common tracking questions can be viewed in our Help Center.
Return/Refund Policy:
Unopened lighting kits are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase, Lighting kits which have been removed from their original packaging, partially installed, or hardwired to your vehicle are not eligible for returns. Lighting kits which have been returned in used condition will be mailed back to you at no additional cost.
If you believe you have received a defective lighting component, please email support@opticlighting.co with a description, along with photos/videos of the issue in effect to assist us in the troubleshooting process and expedite complementary replacement units. All defective kits and components are eligible for free replacements/returns under our 1-year product warranty.
